VSE Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MIRAMAR, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VSE Corporation (“VSE” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: VSEC), a leading provider of aftermarket distribution and repair services, announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of VSE common stock. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 1, 2025.
