GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Fresh Market announced the grand opening of its seventh store in the greater-Chicago area this morning. The grand opening in Northbrook, IL marks The Fresh Market’s 168th location and promises guests an exceptional shopping experience paired with an extensive selection of local, organic, and specialty items.

The celebration kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8:30 a.m., commemorating the opening of this new location, as well as a $2,000 donation to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Additionally, as a token of appreciation, the first 500 guests through the doors received special The Fresh Market “Northbrook” reuseable gift bags, adding an extra reason for guests to visit early and enjoy the everyday fresh and seasonal offerings at this new location.
