Insulation Technology Group (ITG) Acquires Cerisol to Expand Capacity and Enhance Global Service

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Insulation Technology Group (ITG), a portfolio company of TJC LP, announced today the acquisition of Cerisol Isoladores Ceramicos SA (Cerisol).

ITG’s acquisition of Cerisol emphasizes its commitment to capacity expansion to support customers globally and its longstanding dedication to porcelain technology and innovation as key drivers to deliver advanced insulation solutions for the growing electrical grid.
