In this newly established role, Cline will oversee GeoLinks comprehensive people strategy—encompassing talent acquisition, training, employee engagement, and employee relations—as the company continues to expand its next-generation broadband solutions. Her proven ability to develop innovative HR programs, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and advise executive leadership will be instrumental in driving GeoLinks’ growth while enhancing its commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

Before joining GeoLinks, Cline served as Vice President of People and Culture at Golden West Packaging Group, where she led organizational restructuring and developed enterprise-wide employee programs. She has also held senior HR leadership roles at Keurig Dr Pepper, Amazon, BlueScope Steel, Campbell Soup Company, and The Pepsi Bottling Group—consistently driving high-impact initiatives that enhanced employee engagement, streamlined labor negotiations, and improved operational efficiency.

Cline holds an M.S. in Business Management from Lesley University and a B.S. in Psychology from Fitchburg State University. She is also an active community leader and has served on the boards of the Sacramento Urban League and the Elk Grove Teen Center, reflecting her commitment to fostering economic development and mentoring future talent.
