R3 Continuum Names Sergio Bonadona as Vice President of Leadership Support Services to Meet Growing Demand for Executive Mental Wellness and Performance Coaching Services

Bonadona brought on to help meet need for tailored, rapidly accessible leader mental wellness and performance support services

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--R3 Continuum, a workplace behavioral health company specializing in helping people and organizations thrive in the face of disruption, has named Sergio Bonadona as vice president of leadership support services.

Sergio brings more than 25 years of diverse work experience spanning program and portfolio management, business process improvement, strategic planning, and organizational change management. He has worked across private, public, and non-profit sectors in a range of industries, giving him a robust understanding of the unique demands on today’s business leaders.

Bonadona will oversee the team dedicated to leadership support solutions designed to deliver the mental wellness and performance coaching resources that leaders need to handle the demands of their day-to-day role.

Bonadona holds a master’s degree in international business and a bachelor’s in commerce along with several industry recognized certifications in project management, process improvement, and change management.
