KINGSTON, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A strike at Queen’s University has been prevented by tentative agreements reached between the university, its foodservice contractor and workers represented by CUPE locals 229, 254 and 1302.
The agreements affect more than 1000 tradespeople, custodians, caretakers, classroom and library technicians, and library workers across the campus and at the Donald Gordon Centre.
No further details will be released prior to ratification.
