Queen’s University Community Rallies to Protect Services and University’s Reputation in Advance of Sunday Strike Deadline

KINGSTON, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Workers, students and community supporters will rally outside Richardson Hall on the Queen’s University campus at noon on Thursday, urging the university and foodservice contractor Aramark to address key concerns and avoid a strike that could start as early as Monday morning.

CUPE Ontario President Fred Hahn

Amy Wilson, Chief Steward, CUPE 229-1 (foodservice workers)

Shaun Baddeley, Vice-President, CUPE 1302 (library workers)
