Kenneth Krasnow Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Vice Chair, Public Institutions in Florida

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cushman & Wakefield announced that Kenneth Krasnow has joined the commercial real estate services firm as Vice Chair. Krasnow will be based in the firm’s Boca Raton office and specialize in providing advisory services for local public sector entities and higher education institutions.

Krasnow has been in commercial real estate since 1987 and started his career at Cushman & Wakefield’s New York City office where he spent nearly 20 years with the firm. Over the course of his career in New York City and Florida, he has served in a variety of brokerage and market leadership roles, helping businesses recruit talent and produce record revenue streams and transaction volume. Krasnow most recent served as Vice Chairman for Colliers International's Institutional Investor Services platform in Florida directly responsible for procurement of new public sector clients and oversight and management of 40 key accounts.
