Survey revealed 99% of employees would recommend company to others; reflects workplace pride, high level of satisfaction with leadership, culture and professional development

• VCG scored significantly higher – 96% – than the survey average of 82% when it comes to Leadership. Specifically, more than 95% of VCG employees agreed their leaders have important qualities, such as living out core values and caring about their teams.
• In the category of Corporate Culture and Communications, the average rating for VCG was 92% compared to the 80% survey average of companies on the list. VCG scored very high (more than 95%) in the areas of trust, quality and safety. In particular, nearly 100% of VCG employees agreed that they're treated like humans (and not a number) with a strong culture of collaboration and fun.
• Under Training, Development and Resources, VCG earned higher marks. On average, 90% of VCG employees were satisfied with their professional development, compared to the average score of 80% of companies in the survey.

Organizations from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine the Top Places to Work in Healthcare. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the eligibility for the list. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking.
