Andrew Reis, RPh, MBA joins PBIRx as a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in pharmacy benefits, clinical coding consulting, and formulary management operations. Andrew will leverage PBIRx’s cutting-edge technology to provide strategic solutions that minimize costs and maximize member health outcomes for clients. PBIRx has also tapped Andrew’s vast pharmaceutical and organizational knowledge to oversee PBIRx’s clinical operations, identifying opportunities for enhanced clinical programs and drug management strategies.

Roger Mellitt brings over 25 years of experience in client management and sales across the pharmacy benefits and pharmaceutical industries, working with large (25K+ members) and mid-size employers, large managed care organizations, carriers, union and Taft-Hartley clients, and municipalities. Roger provides expert consultation, helping PBIRx client partners navigate the complexities of pharmacy benefits.

Nicole Rogers has more than 12 years of experience in the pharmacy benefits sector, including implementing and managing prescription benefits for a variety of clients. Nicole partnered directly with Self Funded commercial clients, providing strategic plan design recommendations, utilization and trend analysis, and forecasting. At PBIRx, Nicole is focused on proactive client and broker engagement, deconstructing industry trends to provide insights and guidance.
