Great American Insurance Group Announces the Promotion of Robert D. Martin to President & Chief Operating Officer of Mid-Continent Group
CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great American Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Robert (Bob) D. Martin to President & Chief Operating Officer of its subsidiary, Mid-Continent Group, effective immediately.
Mr. Martin joined Mid-Continent Group in 2012 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer and most recently served as Senior Vice President. Since 2022, his leadership responsibilities have expanded to include underwriting operations and support services. Mr. Martin has been pivotal in transforming Mid-Continent’s IT organization, leading efforts to improve data and data quality, and enhancing its agency portal.
Mr. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science, and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
