Niemiller is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), with 28 years of experience across various sectors, including construction, renewables, and manufacturing.

Niemiller specializes in reducing incidents, developing safety systems, and driving growth. He excels at leading teams, strengthening client relationships, and promoting a safety culture through EHS and risk management programs—efforts that reflect Strata’s ongoing commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
