Baker Tilly Names Amy Bogac as Chief Information Security Officer

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading advisory, tax and assurance firm Baker Tilly announces the appointment of Amy Bogac as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), effective Jan. 13, 2025. In this role, Bogac will oversee Baker Tilly’s information security strategy and operations, safeguarding the firm’s systems and data in an increasingly complex digital environment.

Bogac will lead Baker Tilly’s governance, risk and compliance initiatives, aligning security practices with the firm’s goals and ensuring resilience against evolving threats. Reporting to Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel Theresa Meiners, Bogac’s leadership will fortify Baker Tilly’s operational integrity and bolster the trust clients place in its secure service delivery.

Bogac brings more than 20 years of global information security experience, having successfully driven strategies and managed risks for multinational organizations. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, she served as CISO for Elevate Textiles, where she oversaw security for 86 companies across 106 sites with 15,000 employees. Her diverse industry experience spans manufacturing, retail and consumer goods, where she has consistently implemented effective security programs that align with business objectives.
