AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Assembly Group is thrilled to announce the promotion of Pilar Caldwell to Partner and Head of Product & Technology Practice. As a founding member of the Assembly team, Pilar has been instrumental in driving the firm's success and growth over the last 6 years.

Pilar started her career in roles in corporate banking followed by network and business development at GLG. In her beginnings in Executive Search, she joined Vista Equity Partners where she played a pivotal role in building the Product and Technology Search function as a part of the firm’s internal operating and consulting arm, Vista Consulting Group.

With a keen focus on Product, Technology, and Finance, Pilar has been a key player in building executive teams for global enterprise software companies such as Sovos, FlashParking, Prometheus Group, insightsoftware and Buxton. Her efforts have been supported by prominent investors including TA Associates, Thoma Bravo, PSG, and Genstar. Pilar has successfully placed top executives in roles such as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
