Gordon brings nearly three decades of expertise spanning payments, gaming, and defense sectors. His career is defined by a commitment to innovation, exceptional customer service, and the strategic deployment of cutting-edge technologies. Before joining Pavilion Payments, Gordon served as CEO of Passport Technology, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint through customer-first initiatives. He has also held leadership positions at industry giants such as Aristocrat Technologies and Everi Holdings, bringing a wealth of gaming, loyalty and financial services knowledge to his new role.

As President, Gordon will oversee Pavilion Payments’ product strategy, operational excellence, and customer engagement, ensuring the company continues to deliver flexible, seamless payment solutions for gaming operators and their patrons.

Gordon’s professional journey began in the United States Air Force, where he supported weapons and space research for the Department of Defense, NASA, and NATO. This early foundation of discipline and innovation has informed his career trajectory ever since. Gordon holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
