Paychex Flex® Perks Wins Silver in Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence in Technology Awards

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of integrated human capital management software solutions for human resources, employee benefits, insurance services, and payroll, has won a silver Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology award. Paychex Flex® Perks received a silver award in the “Best Advance in HR or Workforce Management Technology for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses” category, marking the 11th year that the global research and analyst firm has recognized Paychex technology solutions.

Launched in August 2024, Paychex Flex Perks is a digital marketplace of employee benefits curated to address the needs of today’s diverse, five-generational workforce. Paychex Flex Perks currently features 17 unique product integrations, including early access to earned wages, financial wellness solutions, and voluntary lifestyle benefits for the employees of Paychex customers. Employees can self-select their benefits based on personal needs, and services are paid through payroll deductions at no cost to the employer. Paychex will expand the number of offerings based on evolving market and consumer trends, as well as internal data. Since its mid-summer launch, more than 100,000 users have purchased at least one benefit from the marketplace.

“Attracting and recruiting qualified talent is the top HR challenge business leaders expect to face in 2025, according to our recent Priorities for Business Leaders study,” said Tom Hammond, Paychex managing director of strategy, partnerships, and business development. “Paychex Flex Perks is a unique offering that benefits businesses of all sizes and the employees who fuel them. Employees gain access to an array of benefits they select and fund through payroll deduction while employers gain access to expanded benefits to both attract and retain talent.”
