Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP names Yarona Yieh Partner

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, a New York-based international law firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Yarona L. Yieh to a partner in the firm.

Yarona’s practice is mainly in the Corporate and Securities Law, Asian and Capital Markets practice groups. She assists clients in corporate finance and securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on and alternative offerings and private placements, regulatory compliance for public companies and general corporate matters. In addition, she counsels entrepreneurs, investors, public companies and other corporate entities on complex corporate and cross-border transactions.

She is a member of the New York City and American Bar Associations, as well as a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese dialects.
