BALTIMORE & MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ABR Capital Partners (ABR) and Biynah Industrial Partners (BIP) announce the acquisition of five additional properties for their Transportation-Related Industrial Portfolio (“TRIP”). TRIP is a nationwide portfolio of truck terminals, truck parking, and high flow-through industrial assets that now includes 22 assets.

The acquisitions include a truck terminal in Louisville, Kentucky (14 dock doors), a 3.93-acre truck maintenance facility with trailer storage in Eagan, Minnesota (7 dock doors), a truck terminal in Tampa, Florida (32 dock doors), a truck terminal in Miami, Florida (30 dock doors), and a truck terminal in Atlanta, Georgia (46 dock doors).
