HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Tuesday, December 10, Perry Homes debuted its first model home at Southern Hills after breaking ground in the community earlier this year. The opening marks a significant step in the homebuilder’s growth and expansion in Florida.

The model home, located just north of Tampa Bay, opened at 4951 Summit View Drive in Brooksville with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and remarks from Perry Homes leadership, Chris Little and Garrison Taska.
