InEight Seeks FedRAMP Approval to Bring Advanced Cloud Construction Document Control Solution to Federal Agencies

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InEight, a leader in construction project controls software, today announced the pursuit to authorize its InEight Document software solution with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®). InEight Document delivers capabilities uniquely suited to the complexity and scale of public works and other projects funded by the U.S. government, so the FedRAMP authorization of the software will make available an important tool for efficient and cost-effective project oversight.

InEight began pursuing FedRAMP approval on April 1, 2024, as part of its dedication to providing top-tier security and compliance for its federal clients. The application for approval supports the increased focus on construction investment and digital transformation in the U.S. government, driven in part by the $1.2 trillion spending authorized by the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. InEight is on track to receive FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency by May 2025.

“Investing in the FedRAMP authorization process underscores our commitment to helping our customers keep their data safe and meet their regulatory compliance needs. We’re confident that we meet or exceed all expected requirements for the FedRAMP program,” said Jake Macholtz, CEO of InEight. “As always, our mission is to empower our clients to build with confidence.”

InEight Document streamlines and centralizes construction documents and project data. The innovative, cloud-based construction document control solution serves as a single source of truth so that project teams can access real-time, accurate information through a unified interface. InEight Document addresses long-standing industry challenges related to data duplication, discrepancies, and siloed information. By consolidating project data, the solution boosts efficiency, reduces errors, and lowers the risk of disputes and non-compliance, resulting in enhanced control and certainty for even the most complex construction projects.
