CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) acquired the assets of SFBAG Employee Benefit Insurance Services, Inc. (“SFBAG”). The transaction went into effect on November 1, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
