Inverness Graham-backed GPS Trackit Acquires Zonar, Enhances Capabilities in Fleet Health, Safety and Compliance

WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inverness Graham, a Philadelphia based buyout firm that acquires innovative companies where technology is transforming traditional industry, announced today that its video and fleet telematics company, GPS Trackit, has acquired Zonar Systems, Inc. (“Zonar”). Zonar is a leading provider of smart fleet management solutions for commercial fleets, particularly in the government and education sectors. Zonar’s solutions deliver critical insights to enhance the safety, performance and success of its customers’ fleets. The combined platform will enable best-in-class telematics and cloud-based solutions serving fleets of all sizes across the commercial, field services and passenger industries.
