California Homebuilding Foundation Announces Class of 2025 Inductees for 40th Annual Hall of Fame Gala

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The California Homebuilding Foundation announces details for its highly anticipated 40th Annual Hall of Fame Gala, highlighting the five esteemed inductees of the Class of 2025.

The prestigious black-tie event, honoring California’s legends and innovators in the homebuilding industry, is set for June 10, 2025, at the Westin Anaheim Resort. Each year, Hall of Fame inductees are chosen based on key criteria, including career achievements, experience, philanthropic contributions, and outstanding service. The Class of 2025 honorees are: Paul Barnes, President of the San Diego Division of Shea Homes; Michael C. Battaglia, President Southern California of New Home Co.; Robert (Bob) E. Raymer, Owner of California Code Consultants, LLC; Jeffrey C. Schroeder, Senior Vice President of Ponderosa Homes II, Inc.; and Ivy Zelman, Executive Vice President of Zelman & Associates, a Walker & Dunlop Company.

“Induction into the Hall of Fame represents the highest honor in the homebuilding industry,” said Executive Director Terri Brunson. “We are thrilled to recognize the contributions of these five outstanding individuals who truly reflect California’s innovative spirit in homebuilding.”

This year’s Hall of Fame Gala will embrace a more personal approach, featuring an unscripted format that allows inductees to share their stories and memories directly with the audience, including some of California’s most influential builders, developers, and industry associates.

The Hall of Fame Gala is the Foundation's largest annual event and is regarded as a premier, high-profile industry event. For more information about the Class of 2025 Hall of Fame inductees, the Gala, and sponsorship opportunities, visit mychf.org.
