Kopin Subsidiaries Renamed Under Unified Kopin Brand

WESTBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kopin Corporation (NASDAQ: KOPN) a leading provider of application-specific optical systems and high-performance microdisplays for defense, training, enterprise, industrial, consumer and medical products, is pleased to announce that its subsidiaries, Forth Dimension Displays Limited and NVIS Inc., will be renamed under the Kopin brand. Forth Dimension Displays has been renamed as Kopin Europe Limited, and NVIS is now known as Kopin Virginia, Inc. This renaming reflects the Company’s streamlining of focus and resources under the Kopin name and will enhance efficiencies, the Company’s global presence and brand recognition.

In early 2024 Kopin began uniting its subsidiary companies under one unified brand - Kopin.
