Consilio Appoints Emron Pratt as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer

Former Bain Executive Brings Nearly 20 Years of Transformation Experience to the Company

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Consilio, the global leader in legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, today announced the appointment of Emron Pratt as the company’s first Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. Pratt will report directly to CEO Andy Macdonald and will be responsible for overseeing the long-term vision of the company, as well as strategic planning and acceleration of transformative, cross-functional initiatives.

In this newly created role, Pratt will lead the expansion of Consilio’s internal capability to identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities, both within the company’s core business and beyond. Pratt will leverage his extensive experience transforming and innovating businesses across several different sectors and help Consilio anticipate new transformation opportunities in the eDiscovery space and broader legal sector.

“We are thrilled to welcome Emron to the team. His work transforming companies with Bain will be invaluable as we continue to evolve and grow,” said Macdonald. “We have been on a path of expanding our AI and flexible talent investments, and Emron’s leadership tees us up to make the most of the opportunities we are seeing to more holistically serve our clients.”

Prior to Consilio, Pratt spent 19 years as a management consultant with Bain & Company where he was a founding member of the firm's Mexico City and Washington DC offices. While at Bain, he led transformation programs for large multi-national clients across several industry sectors with particular emphasis on complex and evolving go-to-market landscapes, with his direct client service spanning 30 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Prior to Bain, Pratt earned an MBA from The Wharton School.

“I’m excited to be joining the Consilio team, as the company serves many of the largest, most sophisticated and demanding clients in the world,” said Pratt. “Our clients are facing increased complexity, performance expectations and cost pressure. With the rapid adoption of new AI tools, we’re eager to continue working with clients to harness the power of this technology in the business of law, while constantly looking for ‘what’s next’ to better serve them in the future.”
