  • Melissa Gingrich has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, assuming the COO role in October 2024. An experienced executive, Melissa has a strong track record of strategic financial and operational leadership across diverse industries.

  • David Goldstein has joined as Director of Fund Services. With nearly three decades in alternative investments, David’s expertise spans fund operations, business development, and relationship management.
  • Ben Jones joins STP as Vice President of Business Development – Fund Administration. Previously, Ben held a similar role at Aztec Group, where he led origination and business development for the U.S. market.

  • Lori Weston has been appointed Head of Compliance, leading STP’s new ComplianceAdvisor practice. With over two decades in compliance and regulatory management, Lori most recently served as Managing Director of Product at ACA Group, where she led the development and delivery of advisory products and programs for financial services firms.
  • Cynthia Kelly has joined as a Senior Compliance Consultant specializing in registered investment adviser compliance. With over 20 years of experience in compliance, ethics, and risk management, Cynthia brings a strong background in building comprehensive compliance frameworks for global financial organizations, including her most recent position as Chief Compliance Officer at BennBridge US LLC.

  • Steve Leydet has joined STP as Vice President of Investment Performance. With over 13 years of experience in performance analysis, operational efficiency, and GIPS compliance, Steve has previously held leadership roles at abrdn, Longs Peak Advisory Services, and Orion.
