CCC Wins Three Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards

Earns Recognition from Global Workforce for Prioritizing Employee Well-Being, Professional Development, and Appreciation

DANVERS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CCC, a leader in advancing copyright, accelerating knowledge, and powering innovation, announced today that it has earned three 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards from human resource technology and research company Energage LLC for Employee Well-Being, Professional Development, and Appreciation.

The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards recognize organizations prioritizing people-first cultures and workplace experiences. This year, Energage partnered with Nectar, a leader in employee rewards and recognition, to co-publish the Top Workplaces for Employee Appreciation award. The awards honor companies where employees feel genuinely valued for their contributions and are based on employee feedback captured by the research-backed Energage Workplace Survey, which benchmarks participating companies against the most comprehensive data in the industry.

“These awards reflect a leadership mindset that places people at the center of business success,” said Eric Rubino, CEO, Energage. “It’s not just about recognition; it’s about creating lasting, people-first cultures that support employees and drive long-term success.”

“Appreciation is a cornerstone of great workplace culture. We are honored to spotlight companies that go above and beyond to recognize their employees’ contributions,” said Trevor Larson, CEO, Nectar.

“Our smart, talented, and compassionate employees make CCC a special place to work and develop a career,” said Tracey Armstrong, President and CEO, CCC. “Their dedication to fostering a supportive, mission-driven, and growth-focused environment fuels our ability to serve customers and partners.”

CCC has consistently earned accolades as an organization, recently earning a spot on USA Today's Top Workplaces USA 2024 list for the third consecutive year. The Boston Globe recently honored CCC as a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts and a Top 100 Women-Led Business in Massachusetts.
