Martin Walker Tabbed for 2025 Best Law Firms List

Tyler-based firm recognized among top tier for personal injury litigation excellence

TYLER, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Martin Walker PC has extended to 15 years its streak of being recognized among the nation’s Best Law Firms.

The firm was honored in the 2025 legal guide with top tier honors in the Tyler area for expertise in representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. To be eligible for Best Law Firms, a firm must have at least one attorney recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, which honored partners Reid Martin and Jack Walker and appellate lawyer Marisa Allen in the latest edition.

“We don’t take this recognition for granted, but we are proud that our clients and other lawyers continue to see the value of our work,” said Mr. Walker. “We remain dedicated to representing our clients as zealously as we can.”

Martin Walker handles complex motor vehicle and truck accidents, defective product litigation, medical malpractice and appellate matters. The firm is recognized nationwide for victories in personal injury cases against major corporations, including a record verdict against Walmart. Also on the firm’s long list of favorable results is a $43.32 million verdict against East Texas Medical Center and one of its doctors for negligence.

All three attorneys at Martin Walker are repeat honorees by The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers and Lawdragon. Mr. Martin and Mr. Walker are each board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law. Ms. Allen holds board certification in civil appellate law.

Best Law Firms recognition signals a unique combination of quality law practice and breadth of legal expertise. Each year, leading law firms from around the country are surveyed and evaluated by industry peers and former clients to compile the listing.
