BTIG Adds Christopher Boffi to Consumer Investment Banking Team

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BTIG announced today that Christopher Boffi has joined the firm as a Managing Director within its Consumer Investment Banking group. Mr. Boffi will be based in New York and will focus on M&A, strategic and capital markets advisory for our consumer and retail clients.

Mr. Boffi has more than 12 years of experience advising companies, board members and funds on a range of strategic advisory assignments including M&A, equity + debt financings, activism and capital structure transactions. Most recently, Mr. Boffi was a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg Partners in New York.
