6 Rusty Hardin & Associates Partners Earn Recognition in 2024 Texas Super Lawyers Guide

Legal guide recognizes only the top 5% of attorneys in Texas

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rusty Hardin & Associates is pleased to announce that six partners have been named to the 2024 edition of Texas Super Lawyers, which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state each year.

The firm’s founder, Rusty Hardin, has been selected by Super Lawyers every year since 2003. Mr. Hardin is listed among the Top 100 lawyers in Texas and Top 100 lawyers in the Houston area. He was recognized for his business litigation practice.

Partner Terry D. Kernell marks his 17^th year on the list for business litigation. His practice includes complex cases in energy, health care, finance, commercial and residential real estate, and entertainment.

For the second year, partner Daniel Dutko was honored by Super Lawyers for his general plaintiffs’ personal injury practice. He is known for his work on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and class action litigation.

Partner Ryan Higgins also celebrates his second year as a Texas Super Lawyers honoree, recognized for his civil litigation work. Prior to selection to the Super Lawyers list, Mr. Higgins was included in the publication’s up-and-coming list of Rising Stars.

Partner Joe Roden was recognized a second year for his appellate practice. In addition to his appellate work, he manages catastrophic personal injury litigation cases and other complex commercial litigation.

Partner Megan Moore, a skilled commercial litigator, was recognized for the first time by Super Lawyers for business litigation. She previously earned recognition in Texas Rising Stars for five years.
