Dave Arkley Joins Cornerstone as New Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Cornerstone continues to gain momentum in market leadership rankings, following the launch of Galaxy and two key acquisitions

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in workforce agility solutions, today announced Dave Arkley as its new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, where he will be leading its operations, finance, corporate development, and IT teams.

Arkley brings more than 25 years of operations, finance, and technology experience in high-growth and transformational environments. Prior to Cornerstone, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Gigamon, a leading network visibility and observability technology vendor. In his career, Arkley has served as CFO at IDS, Vertafore, Edifecs, and Parallels, helping these organizations through key growth and transformation milestones, including driving strategic investments and partnerships, as well as brokering sales and acquisitions.
