Finance & Restructuring Attorney Darren Roman Joins Dorsey in Phoenix

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Attorney Darren Roman has joined Dorsey & Whitney as Of Counsel in the Finance & Restructuring group in Phoenix, the law firm announced today.

Darren has extensive experience helping banks, private lenders, brokers, and developers to structure and document complex loan transactions. He also has experience representing lenders in new markets tax credit financings and banks as trustee and fiscal agent counsel in tax exempt bond financings. Darren joins Dorsey from Geraci Law Firm.

Darren received his J.D. from George Washington University School of Law and his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
