SICO paint by PPG names Starry Night 2025 Colour of the Year

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PPG (NYSE:PPG) today announced the SICO™ paint by PPG 2025 Colour of the Year: Starry Night (6044-83), a deep purple hue that demonstrates the transformative power of colour found in nature. The selection balances warmth and energy to create dynamic yet inviting spaces.

Sico colour experts suggest Starry Night for use in almost any space looking for high-impact energy, but they particularly recommend:

• Interior walls and trim – Starry Night can complement current maximalist design trends, including “colour drenching” a room from top to bottom in purple, pairing the rich hue with a bold wallpaper or tile pattern – or even using it on ceilings to emulate the night sky.
