Sinclair Names Cindi Dias Vice President and General Manager of KBAK and KBFX in Bakersfield, CA

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sinclair today announced that Cindi Dias has been named VP/GM of KBAK (CBS) and KBFX (FOX) in Bakersfield, California.

Dias was most recently the General Sales Manager at the stations, a role she held for 17 years.

In making the announcement, Rob Weisbord, Sinclair’s Chief Operating Officer and President of Local Media said, “We are thrilled Cindi will now be leading the stations in Bakersfield, where she had deep relationships in the market. She has a proven record of successful management, multimedia sales experience and developing strong leadership teams, and we look forward to building on our momentum in the market.”

Dias has 30 years of broadcast and multimedia sales experience and has been with KBAK and KBFX in Bakersfield for the last 26. She started her career in Los Angeles at Petry Television, then moved to Bakersfield where she worked for KERO and KSMJ radio as an account executive.
