CP Group Announces Lease Renewal With Anchor Tenant T-Mobile at One Ravinia Drive in Atlanta, Ga.

Leading wireless carrier continues tenancy at prime Central Perimeter office park

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CP Group, the largest private owner of commercial office space in Atlanta, today announced the lease renewal of T-Mobile for approximately 100,000 square feet at One Ravinia — one of two 17-story office towers totaling 800,000 square feet in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket.
