EXIM Director Owen Herrnstadt and EVPassport CEO Hooman Shahidi led a strategic discussion with southern California business leaders on renewable energy efforts and infrastructure modernization

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) Director Owen Herrnstadt traveled to Santa Monica, California, this week to co-host a strategic discussion with local southern California business executives supporting clean and renewable energy efforts through economic development and infrastructure modernization. Director Herrnstadt co-hosted the roundtable with EVPassport CEO Hooman Shahidi.

During the roundtable discussion, Director Herrnstadt and Shahidi underscored the role EXIM financing can play throughout the Americas in supporting U.S. exporters, workers, and critical sectors like manufacturing and transportation.
