New tool accelerates face-to-face connections for a faster, more personal hiring experience

With ZipIntro, job seekers can get matched to roles and have the opportunity to make a strong first impression in a video screening session. And employers can hire faster than ever before—with most employers receiving their first RSVP in under 20 minutes¹.

• Pick a Time: Employers select a date and time to screen candidates.
• Get Matched: Using AI, ZipIntro finds candidate matches for the role, and invites them to meet the employer at the pre-selected date and time.
• Review RSVPs: Employers can review their RSVPs, browse candidate profiles and resumes, and refine their lineup for back-to-back video screening sessions.
• Meet Face-to-Face: At the scheduled time, employers and candidates meet for quick, one-to-one video calls directly on the ZipRecruiter platform.
