FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LTC Global, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Michael L. Fitzgerald Insurance Services, Inc. (Fitzgerald Insurance Services), a Capitas Financial, Inc. partner agency headquartered in Walnut Creek, California. Michael Fitzgerald will continue to manage the business, which operates across Northern California.

Fitzgerald Insurance Services joins other LTC Global group and Capitas Financial member agencies: Pacific Southwest Financial and Insurance Services, Inc. (PSF), The Smith Companies, NorthCoast Brokerage Agency, Inc., Pittsburgh Brokerage Services, Inc. and The Blair Agency.
