Bober Markey Fedorovich Announces New Hires and Promotions

AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bober Markey Fedorovich (BMF, www.bmf.cpa), a national Top 200 CPA and advisory firm, proudly announces the following associate promotions and new hires across its Northeast Ohio team.

PROMOTIONS

Samantha Rathburn, CPA, tax services, to Director. Rathburn focuses on serving a variety of industries including service, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, investment companies and restaurant hospitality. Her expertise includes C-corporations, S-corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and multi-state companies. With BMF since 2009, Rathburn has led several internal committees that connect and engage our staff, including our United Way Workplace Campaign and serving as past-Chair of our Employee Enrichment Committee (“e3”). As a Director, Rathburn’s role will be expanded to include coordinating resources within the tax department, playing a pivotal role in scheduling and driving expanded use of technology.

Jessica Tepus, CPA, tax services, to Director. Tepus joined BMF in 2010 and brings over 15 years of experience with income tax, estate and succession planning needs of business owners, high-net-worth individuals and their families. She works closely with her clients to understand their primary objectives and develop tax planning and savings strategies that accomplish and maximize these goals. In her role as Director, Tepus will be a key leader in our Private Client Service practice, focusing on the areas of trusts, estates and high net-worth individuals. Tepus is actively involved in the community, including serving as a current board member of Cascade Locks Park Association and member of the Akron Community Foundation Professional Advisory Council. She is a graduate of the Akron Torchbearers Class of 2014 as well as its past treasurer from 2016-2017.
