Simon Greenstone Panatier Attorneys Earn Best Lawyers Recognition

Firm attorneys honored for plaintiff work in mass tort, personal injury, product liability litigation

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Four attorneys from the personal injury law firm Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC, have earned recognition from The Best Lawyers in America for 2025.

Firm co-founders Jeffrey B. Simon and Chris Panatier were selected for their success representing plaintiffs in mass tort and class action litigation. Dallas shareholder Charles E. Soechting Jr. was honored for his work on behalf of plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Only the top 5% of eligible American lawyers are recognized each year.

“It is an honor to be part of this list because it means our peers appreciate our work,” Mr. Simon said. “We are proud of our efforts on behalf of our clients, many of whom have suffered grievous injuries due to the misconduct of others.”

The lawyers of Simon Greenstone Panatier have forged a reputation for successful litigation in a wide range of personal injury and wrongful death cases. The firm has won trial verdicts totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in cases involving asbestos exposure and environmental contamination.

Additionally, Los Angeles-based associate Albert Oganesyan was named to the companion Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for his work on behalf of plaintiffs involved in product liability litigation. Ones to Watch recognizes attorneys who have been practicing for fewer than nine years.

The Best Lawyers in America has recognized the country’s leading lawyers for the past 30 years, relying on input from lawyers in the same region and practice area. It is the oldest and among the most respected legal peer-review publications in the United States.
