Legion Recognized By the Inc. 5000 For Third Consecutive Year

Workforce management leader ranks 70th among America’s fastest growing software companies amid a momentous year

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Legion Technologies, an innovator in workforce management (WFM), today announced that it has ranked number 1737 on the 2024 Inc. 5000, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, ranking as the 70th fastest growing software company. This marks the company’s third consecutive year on the most prestigious list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies.

The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. In all, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 874,458 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

“Since founding Legion in 2016, we have experienced remarkable growth driven by our unwavering commitment to creating a future where AI transforms workforce management,” said Sanish Mondkar, CEO and founder of Legion Technologies. “In leveraging AI to drive decision and process automation across labor-intensive businesses like retail, restaurants and hospitality, and healthcare, we are simultaneously streamlining labor operations and improving the employee experience. As we look ahead, we remain focused on pushing the boundaries of what's possible to transform hourly jobs into good jobs.”

“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” said Mike Hofman, who recently joined Inc. as editor-in-chief. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways that companies are transforming sectors, from healthcare and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller. Congratulations to this year’s honorees, as well, for growing their businesses fast despite the economic disruption we all faced over the past three years, from supply chain woes to inflation to changes in the workforce.”

This recognition highlights a tremendous year for Legion. Most recently it raised $50 million, boosting its go-to-market and research and development (R&D) initiatives. With this new funding, Legion is driving productivity and efficiency advancements across the global deskless workforce by delivering intelligent automation with its award-winning WFM platform.
