The Mutual Group Announces Patrick Markowski as Chief Operating Officer

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TMG Insurance Services, LLC (“The Mutual Group” or the “Company”), an integrated insurance operations platform serving the mutual industry, today announced Patrick Markowski, a seasoned insurance executive, has joined as senior vice president and chief operating officer. Markowski brings to The Mutual Group over 30 years of financial services leadership experience and an established track record of driving growth, efficiency, and innovation for industry-leading underwriting organizations.

As chief operating officer, Markowski will lead strategic operations, technology, new member onboarding and integration, and optimization of the underwriting-focused platform at The Mutual Group. Markowski’s expertise in service management and shared services, mergers and acquisitions, automation, and technology will be critical as The Mutual Group continues to scale and grow its platform of highly innovative insurance solutions.

Markowski joins The Mutual Group from Chubb, where he served as executive vice president and senior advisor to the North America chief executive officer and executive team. While at Chubb, Markowski also served as chief operating officer of North America and led the integration of the $30 billion acquisition of Chubb Insurance by ACE. Previously, Markowski held multiple leadership roles at Wells Fargo Advisors, Wachovia, and Bank of America. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
