Warner Pacific Completes Acquisition of the General Agency of Ashmore Agency, Inc.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Warner Pacific, the most trusted General Agency for brokers across California, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, and Minnesota, today announced it has successfully completed its acquisition of the General Agency of Ashmore Agency, Inc. (“Ashmore Agency” or the “Company”). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1984 by Elizabeth “Beth” Ashmore and her husband Will Ashmore, and headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, Ashmore Agency is a general agency providing employee benefits consulting. Elizabeth “Beth” Ashmore, co-owner of Ashmore Agency, will continue to support the Company as a consultant.
