Guardian Hires Ryan Beck as New Vice President of Asset Management

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guardian, a leading real estate management, development, and investment firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Beck as the company's new vice president of asset management. Beck’s strategic vision and results-driven leadership will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s asset management portfolio, which consists of over 50 properties and more than 5,000 units.

Beck brings over 20 years of experience in finance and asset management, with a strong background in senior housing. Most recently, he served as operations management director at Atria Senior Living, managing multi-disciplinary projects, business process improvements, and asset redevelopment. His previous role was senior director of asset management at Holiday Retirement, where he oversaw large portfolios and led significant financial and operational improvements. Ryan is based in Portland, Oregon, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
