Publix Recognized as the Best Supermarket Pharmacy for Customer Satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Pharmacy Study

LAKELAND, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Publix was ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction in the supermarket pharmacies category of the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Pharmacy Study.

Methodology

The 2024 study is based on responses from 13,505 pharmacy customers who filled a prescription within the past 12 months. It explored customer perceptions, including the pharmacy’s fulfillment of customers’ needs, resolution of complaints, convenience, savings, trust and overall experience.
