G&A Partners Acquires Colorado-based PEO, Management Solutions Inc.

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--G&A Partners, a leading national professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) provider, announced today the acquisition of Management Solutions Inc., a prominent PEO and HR management provider based in Denver, Colorado.

Management Solutions Inc. was founded by Rick VanDyke and has been providing comprehensive human resources management services to fellow Colorado businesses since 2014.
