Dynamic People Leader Joins Virtual Executive Leadership Team to Oversee Day-to-Day Operations and Drive World-Class Client Service Delivery

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Virtual, Inc., a leading provider of professional services to membership-based organizations, today announced that Elizabeth Roberts has joined its executive leadership team as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Bringing more than 25 years of operations, people leadership and customer strategy expertise to the role, Roberts will oversee the firm's daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery for Virtual’s clients.

Prior to joining Virtual, Roberts was Chief Client Officer for C-Space, where she led client service delivery and was responsible for growing revenue and improving both the client and the employee experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of Delaware.
