CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chocolate lovers rejoice and get ready! Krispy Kreme® is bringing back its beloved Chocolate Glazed Doughnuts this Saturday and Sunday only, July 6 and 7, in celebration of Sunday’s World Chocolate Day.

It will be the only time in 2024 that Krispy Kreme offers Chocolate Glazed – Krispy Kreme’s iconic Original Glazed® Doughnut smothered in rich, mouth-watering chocolate glaze.

To make the weekend even more chocolatey, Krispy Kreme is offering 50 percent off a dozen Chocolate Glazed doughnuts with the purchase of any dozen at regular price.

Krispy Kreme first introduced Chocolate Glazed in 2017 to celebrate that year’s total solar eclipse. The brand then offered Chocolate Glazed doughnuts on six continents in 2018 for World Chocolate Day. Since then, sightings of Chocolate Glazed have been rare.
