Sonatus, Inc. Appoints Mahesh Karanth as Chief Financial Officer

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sonatus, Inc., a leader in automotive software and solutions, today announced the appointment of Mahesh Karanth as Chief Financial Officer.

Mahesh Karanth is a seasoned financial executive with over three decades of experience in growth-oriented technology companies. His extensive background includes financial leadership, strategic transactions, and successful fundraising initiatives. Mahesh has a proven track record of driving companies to achieve their financial and strategic goals.

Mahesh’s career highlights include:

  • Serving as CFO for Telsima, InvenSense (NYSE: INVN), and Enlighted Inc.
  • Leading Rockley Photonics to a public listing via SPAC in 2021.
  • A nine-year tenure at Compaq/Hewlett Packard, managing major M&A transactions and international operations.

Mahesh began his career at Ernst & Young, where he advanced to Partner. He holds qualifications as a CPA (Texas), Chartered Accountant, and Company Secretary.
