Joel Funderburk Joins Wedbush Securities as Senior Vice President and Southeast Market Manager
GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wedbush Securities, a prominent diversified independent financial services provider, announces the hire of Joel Funderburk as Senior Vice President, Market Manager. In this role, Funderburk will spearhead the development of new markets for Wedbush across the Southeast region, focusing on expanding the firm’s footprint in North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
Joining Wedbush from UBS, Joel brings over three decades of expertise in roles ranging from Financial Advisor to Branch Manager, Complex Director, and Regional Director. His career has been dedicated to the Southeastern United States, where he has built extensive connections and a deep understanding of the market dynamics. Joel’s strategic insights and proven track record make him a key asset as Wedbush continues to invest in growth and expand its presence in these booming markets.
